"This was an excellent event! I wasn't totally sure what to expect, but I really enjoyed it. I thought it was a good mix of discussion and experiential. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home and trusting us with your beloved animals. When I got home I was definitely interacting with my pets from a different perspective." - Rachel
Noon - 3pm

Participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own lived experience in human form, and how it feels to exist as spirit in a human body. What are the unique opportunities and challenges inherent in Human form? What would we like other forms of life to understand about interacting with us in a safe, friendly and respectful way?

Perfect for corporate teams, special interest groups, field trips, birthday parties, etc.
The Spirit in a Body program is highly interactive, empathy-based and designed to help participants consider what life is like for our fellow spirits existing in different physical forms. We'll reflect on what it means to experience, embrace and interact with the world through the specific physical vessel our spirit is born into. We'll investigate each animal's unique adaptations and abilities while discussing how that animal eats, sleeps, moves, rests, socializes, explores, learns and communicates. We'll consider the variations that exist within each species as well as the role(s) each species plays in the larger cycle of life (and death). Myths, stereotypes, folklore and symbolism related to each animal form will also be touched upon as we embrace the lessons our animal friends can teach us about living well.
Please include the number of people in your party, your preferred date(s) and the best way to reach you for further planning.
