"Over the course of my life I've come to trust nature, always and in all ways. Humanity is slowly abandoning its connection with the natural world, but the natural world will never abandon us.
I look forward to helping you connect more deeply with your own intuition & higher instincts through nature-based experiences."
Kim is the owner/founder/equine-inspired soul guide at Unbridled LLC and the author of Horse Wisdom: Life Lessons for Humanity.
Kim took a leap of faith in 2017, leaving a 20-year career in higher education administration and fundraising to launch Unbridled, where she marries her lifelong passion for horses with the hard-earned realization that life is far too short to be spent living (or working) in opposition with one's own nature.Today Kim focuses on furthering her personal and spiritual growth through body/energy awareness and creative exploration of yoga, animism, shamanic ceremony, RTM therapy, astrology, tarot and intuitive/psychic practices with an emphasis on ethical applications and healing of self. Kim does not teach these practices, but wants you to know that by doing her own internal work (spiritually and energetically) she is able to consistently show up cleanly, openly and more fully for/with you.
Kim believes strongly in holistic animal care and does her best to provide species-specific habitats, nutrition, and enrichment for all the captive animals at Unbridled.
Kim earned her bachelor's degree from St. Andrews Presbyterian College (NC) and holds a masters degree in public administration and non-profit management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned (and maintained) the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) credential from 2003 until 2017. Kim's formal horsemanship background includes extensive training in Natural Horsemanship, Clicker Training, CAT-H and all things operant conditioning although she no longer rides or trains any of the horses she lives and partners with.

The story of Kim's journey with Tempo will tell you how she got into the work of healing in partnership with horses. You can access the other episodes of the series at this link.
